Step into a low EMF FAR infrared sauna for muscle relaxing session. Our sauna is equipped with a feet reflexology floor heater to provide assistance with better circulation and comfort from head to toe. An infrared sauna session includes 15 minutes of therapeutic heating, a towel wrap/bathrobe and towel to provide maximum comfort, and a copper pitcher of cool water to help replenish any hydration loss during the session. This is a great time to meditate, or take a breather and enjoy a few moments to yourself. There are various health benefits including easing sore muscles and aching joints, increasing blood circulation, lowering blood pressure, and burning calories. One of the greatest benefits is warming and relaxing your muscles to assist with a deeper more therapeutic massage.

 

What To Expect:

  • Promotes sweating causing detoxification

  • Prepare a resting period after complete session (sauna and massage)

  • Limit meals 1-2 hours before session to limit digestion and reducing chance of nausea

  • Increase water intake to replace water loss from sweating; please stay hydrated

  • Please remember to remove all jewelry

  • Consult your medical professional before use if you have any medical conditions

These are a few simple precautions to preserve sauna safety that are important for both, healthy people and heart patients alike.

  • Avoid alcohol use before and after your sauna session

  • Don't overdo it; 15 minutes in an infrared sauna is a reasonable time limit for most folks

  • Don't partake in a sauna session if you are ill

  • At any point during your sauna session if you feel unwell, immediately exit the sauna and press our emergency button. A cool head is the best way to keep your hot sauna safe and enjoyable.
